Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase — whether for a monthly subscription or lifetime access — you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of any kind. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; however, no partial refunds will be given for the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Intellectual Property
All content on Learn AI — including but not limited to lesson curricula, AI prompt frameworks, skill progressions, instructional copy, interface design, and any AI-generated coaching responses — is the exclusive intellectual property of Learn AI and its creator(s).
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Terms of Use
- • Access to Learn AI is granted as a personal, non-transferable license. Sharing your account or credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
- • You may not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any technology to scrape, mirror, or extract content from this platform.
- • Learn AI reserves the right to terminate access — without refund — to any user found violating these terms.
- • The platform is provided "as is." While we strive for reliability and quality, Learn AI makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or specific learning outcomes.
- • These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Privacy
Learn AI collects your email address solely for the purpose of verifying your paid access. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — Learn AI does not store your credit card details. Chat interactions with the AI tutor are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and are not permanently stored by Learn AI.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Your progress is stored locally in your browser. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you can resume from where you left off on the same device.
Is lifetime access really lifetime?
Yes. A one-time payment grants you permanent access for as long as the platform exists. This purchase is non-refundable.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access violates our Terms of Use and may result in account termination without refund.
What if I have a billing issue?
For billing questions, contact us directly. Note that our no-refund policy applies in all cases, but we are happy to assist with access issues or technical problems.
Can I copy or reuse the lesson content?
No. All lesson content, prompt frameworks, and AI coaching structures are proprietary. Reproduction or redistribution in any form is prohibited and may result in legal action.
